A little reminder

Dear members,

I just want to recap our last meeting and update the things that we have to look forward for now. So here it is, on our last meeting, we have discussed about the point that we have to fulfill during the final presentation and report based on the score sheet. And we have given each one of the bullets to fulfilled by the particular members, and of course, we're aiming for (A).

So here are the things:

1) Soil Investigation - Nadia

2) Statutory Submission Requirement - Ashraf

3) Substructure 

Foundation - Nadia

Basement wall/system - Nadia/Azreen

Pilecap/Raft - Azreen

Ground beam/slab - Shidah

Other consideration (waterproofing, etc) - Karim

4) Superstructure

Column, beam, slab system - Azreen / Shidah

Other consideration (Structural system, etc) - ALL

6) Materials Quantities and Economics - Ashraf

7) Form of Agreement - Ashraf

8) Architectural Scope of Work - Karim

9) M&E Scope of works -ALL

10) QS Surveying Scope of Works - ALL

For further details, please refer the scoresheet as provided in the google group. For each part, every responsible person have to fulfill the criteria according to the score sheets. 

And please update anything here as I know most of you will be leaving for the break. But I'm here until Friday so if you wish to have a meeting or anything, please inform.
