Presentation

Dear members,

I would like to inform the updated progress on our presentation. The presentation will be held on Tuesday, 10 am, Slot 5. So please wear appropriate attire, preferably the one you've worn during our photoshoot that day. 

For those who don't get the information, only me and Ashraf will present on that day due to the time constraint. We afraid of there won't be enough time for all of us to present on that day. 

I hope that each of you can send your respective part in the form of slide to me maybe before 9.00 pm today as I will compile all the works and will send to you by mail as early as tomorrow morning. Tonight I have an "appointment" with that Engineer that I have told you about, to check the information on our slides whether it's correct or not. So if possible, please send to me as early as you can.

So tonight we won't have a meeting, just a virtual one. I will entertain each of your mails and insyaAllah as I said earlier, by tomorrow morning I will send the complete presentation to each of you for preparation. And maybe tomorrow, evening or night, we can practice the flow of the presentation. 

However you can still have a meeting without me tonight if you want to. I'm sorry because I supposed to meet her, the engineer on Friday but due to some problems, she only will be available tonight so I have to change the plan. I'm sorry once again. Good day and thank you very much.
