Announcement: John Ulrich files for Democratic Central Committee

I wanted to be the first to inform the Young Democrats of Cecil County that
John Ulrich, member of the Democrat Club and Young Democrats of Cecil County and current member of the Central Committee
has officially filed and announced his candidacy for the Democratic Central Committee.
John is a long time resident and small-business owner of Cecil County and an active member of the Democratic clubs.

For those of you who are not familiar with the Central Committee and how the election process works:
The Democratic Central Committee of Cecil County is comprised of 8 members of the Democratic Party, 4 male, 4 female.
The members are determined by election in the Gubernatorial Primary election. This year's Primary election, which will determine
the members of the Central Committee will be held on Tuesday, September 14, 2010.

Although this is not an official endorsement, the Young Democrats are excited that John has filed for this position, as he
was appointed to fill a vacant slot late last year and has certainly hit the ground running since his appointment.
