Baltimore Sun Poll regarding the tuition freeze in the State of Maryland during the O'Malley administration, as compared to the 40% hike in tuition in the Ehrlich administration.

Most would like to think that O'Malley's efforts HELPED the cause. Especially students, and parents of students.
