Hermes H2O 2.0 - Ack Message Received By Partner Showing as Delivery Failure

Hi,

We have a Hermes gateway setup on Tomcat 8.0. There seems to be an issue with the message delivery but nothing is available in the logs for Hermes or Tomcat.

We can send messages to our partner as well as receive their messages and acknowledgements. However, when we send ack to their message, they receive it but its status on our gateway says 'Delivery Failure'. I also noticed that sometimes the messages we send to them (other than acknowledgement) require a retry or two. There are no logs that I can see that offer any insight into what is happening.

Anyone has any ideas?
