Donations: Books and money

It's possible that we can send books to CeCe as long as they are sent
from the publishers (I think that e.g. Amazon is fine, and if people
are up for it we can look into specifics), so would anyone be up for
donating a bit of money for this?

Other possible uses for donations are: buying letter-writing
materials, legal fund, phone credits etc. - generally useful things in
prison. I think for this we'd just have to make a donation (or
individual donations) on the Support CeCe website, but again, it's
something I can look into if people are up for it.

I know times are hard (I'm totally skint until I start my new job at
the end of the month. Like, literally have no money skint), so don't
feel pressured into saying yes to this or donating anything, I'm just
trying to provide as much info as I can about what people can do.

I actually sent her a book yesterday. It felt like something I could
do quickly, unlike writing a letter which is going to take some time!
(Will post more in the other thread).

I would be happy to also contribute to a group purchase though (either
books or a donation to the support site). It would be nice if we could
give her a sense of the group, rather than just individuals.
