Dear CEC Retreat Attendees:
We are so excited that all of you have signed up to attend our bi-annual church retreat at Pine Valley this weekend. We would like to send you some important information to make your retreat experience more enjoyable.
Check-in for the retreat begins at 6:00 PM. Please stop in the Administration building 2nd floor upon arrival to pick up your handbook, T-shirt, wristband for the dining hall and cabin key. Please be reminded that there is no dinner provided on Friday night, and the evening message will start promptly at 7:30 PM at Worthington Hall.
Attached are the retreat schedule, general packing information, driving direction to go to the campsite as well as the map of the campsite so that you know where to check-in and meet for the evening message on the first day.
This year we are making a trial mobile version of the handbook in pdf format available for your convenience. If you are interested in receiving a copy to download in your mobile device, please request in return email for your copy.
