retreat name tag design

Hi:

Here are a few designs for name tags.  One of them I change the logo a little so it is not so square.  Please give your feedback and see which one you prefer.

I like the first one, V. 3 which has both retreat and CEC logos on the top. For me, that’s more meaningful to parallel with retreat theme and CEC.

 

However, I will go with the majority.

Hi all:

Bad news. I sprained my right ankle pretty badly today while hiking and is in urgent care now to see if it is broken.  Most likely will not be at church tomorrow.

Tony and Suanne, please check the names of people who still have not turned in the liability firm and try to get them to sign one.  The fewer we have left will make it easier on check in day.  I have updated the list by last name under v2 from what Susnne gave me.

Oleta and Suanne. depending if I can drive or walk, I may not be able to come to church on Wednesday.  I will send you the name tags and handbook tags files so you can print them out at church.  I can send the labels, name tags and envelopes to Senia to bring them to church.

I like v7 also. I hope Derek does not mind our changing it a little.

In fact, can one of you print one out for me and bring to church tomorrow morning, would you mind then if I can make copies from church copy machine. I am making the list right now, I will take care of getting them signed and filled out.  There are a few on that list that I know of, that I just gave some to Vivien last night. 

I will try to be at church around 9am. I also think that Vivien already emailed the form to those ones that have to fill it out already. They just have to bring it to church tomorrow. I know most of them anyway, but I will be around the booth area anyways in between both services.

Hi all:

The verdict is in.  No broken bones but a very bad sprain with a detached tendon on the right foot.  I will be put on a splint with crutches for at least a week and cannot drive.

Hi Suanne:

I will ask Dennis to give you the folder with all the Liability forms for your files since Pine Valley will need all of them at check in which you will be there doing it.

In the folder, there is one stack clipped together that are incomplete forms, either missing address, or signature. One form is for Gummi who should sign the minor form but his mom signed it so I asked him to come tomorrow to the booth to sign it.  There are a couple forms required signature from the spouses, such as Marvin Wong, Wellington Hui etc. 

I will print all the name tags and handbook labels at home and send them to Senia to take to the office by Wednesday unless you guys want to come to my house to assemble them.  

Call me if you have any question.

i think the church is more convenient for the ucsd girls, so we will meet them there as planned.

vivien, if you have the nametags and labels printed out, that will save us some time.  otherwise we could ask senia/judy to help do that on wed. afternoon.  if you do them at home and if senia cannot bring them to church i can pick them up from you.  just let me know.

Hi Oleta and Suanne:

The labels and name tags are printed and Senia will bring them and the holders and lanyards to church tomorrow.

I also printed stickers for children 5th grade and under.  Could one of you pass them to Jenn to give to the teachers?  I have made 6 sets of name tags so they can get new ones every session if they need.

I have also ask Senia to print the evaluation form and give them to you to insert in the handbook.
