i've purchased the gift cards for derek for doing our theme logo.  

i am purchasing the evening snacks and bottled water as well as packing the paper goods for the evening snacks.

one case of water will be at the sound booth in the back of worthington hall just for speakers.  someone can be responsible for speakers to get water each session they lead.

will someone please notify the speakers that the family lodges come with bed linens, blanket, pillow, and towels?  this is with the exception of the preschool leaders and nursery babysitters, who are housed elsewhere.

i know cam is taking the group photo but should we ask someone in each language group and children's to take photos?  kye cheung is coming but not staying overnight.
