SpatGRIS4, The new version 4.0.1 is now available
SpatGRIS4 is a multichannel sound spatializer. The installer includes all the needed files and software, including ControlGRIS2, SpeakerView1 and BlackHole. This new version is Mac Universal (Intel and Apple Silicon) and Windows 10-11.
The new versions were developed in collaboration with the Society for Arts and Technology (SAT).

What's new in SpatGRIS 4.0.1, upgrade to version 4, recent additions and fixes
- Updated with JUCE 8
- SpatGRIS4 and BlackHole now have 256 channels each
- Attenuation settings are now continuously adjustable.
- Sources can be assigned to non-consecutive outputs, for example in an aggregated device.
- Speaker Setup Edition in CUBE modes: the possibility of adding grids and polyhedrons.
- New Projects and Speaker Setups including Surround layouts ITU
- Reference Pink Noise can be continuous or pulsed.
What's new in ControlGris2 2.0.1, upgrade to version 2, recent additions and fixes
- ControlGRIS2 is both a plug-in and standalone software
- It has been upgraded to 256 channels
- Introduction of trajectories based on audio signal analysis according to various audio descriptors.
- Introduction of a Random function in trajectories
- An automated Speed parameter to vary the time in trajectories
- The Activate function can be used permanently.
- Standardization of the data entry method for the various parameters.
- Addition of vertical and horizontal scroll bars for better visualization.
SpeakerView 1.0.1, upgrade to version 1, recent additions and fixes
- SpeakerView1 is now a standalone application, available on a network.
- Communication settings have been added to SpatGRIS Settings.
- SpeakerView can run on a different computer than SpatGRIS.
- Several cameras with different viewpoints have been added.

The manuals (English-French) are included within the software in the Help menu, but there are separate versions available if you need them.
The SpatGRIS4 can/should be controlled by the OSC plugin ControlGRIS2, also available here.
There is a QuickStart guide (English-French) for those who want to test it rapidly.
We also provide an Open Stage Control template for those who own an iPad with an independent manual.
Some Intel users with older machines may need to stay on version 3.3.7.
