Dear all,
In case of use for future teaching purposes or research review (circa 2008) reference, I've regained the rights to my Computer Music textbook from Wiley and have now made a free edition for download, link below.
It's not up to date for all the fast paced developments of recent years, but hopefully still useful as an accompaniment for courses, self study etc. There are sections on recording, synthesis and composition that might be most pertinent to this list, or general computer music content including historical survey. Perhaps I'll do a proper second edition someday to try and catch up with the deep learning era...
