We had a lovely walk together at the Parc du Montreal when I visited back in 2013. I’m searching for the CDs of her recent and inspiring work then to listen again now.

All the best,
Eric

Very sad news. I remember her from back in my Montreal days in the 1980s. I just listened to her Oscillations planétaires again tonight after listening to Claude's podcast. Such a rich work. Thanks, Claude, for this intimate portrait.  My condolences to her family and friends. - John Oliver

I got to meet and work with Chantal Dumas episodically during my time at Avatar, the sound art center of the Méduse cultural complex in Québec city, around 2002-2003.
In particular, we were both involved the in the Excavation Sonore radio program...some of which got published by Avatar as an mp3 CD-ROM (with 11h of content):
available through ElectroCD:

Chantal will continue being with us through her artworks.

Regards,
