            Drever will present the evolving concept of aural diversity, which seeks to open up how we define hearing, departing from the prevailing universalised idealised mechanistic symmetrical formulation of the human sense of hearing, towards embracing and celebrating the reality. John Drever is Professor of Acoustic Ecology and Sound Art at Goldsmiths, University of London.
