Attendance: Not required (selected artists do not need to be present)
Overview
Electronic Nights invites submissions of 4-channel (quad) fixed-media works for two concerts:
Audio-only quad
Quad with video (optional visuals)
What to submit (single cloud folder; non-expiring link)
Please upload everything to one folder on a permanent cloud drive (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox) with “Anyone with the link can view” enabled.
Stereo reference (MP3)
One stereo MP3 of the work (320 kbps preferred).
Quad delivery (4 mono stems)
Four mono WAV files (48 kHz / 24-bit preferred).
File names:
Lastname_Title_CH1.wav…CH4.wav.Include a short channel-order note (e.g.,
CH1=Front Left, CH2=Front Right, CH3=Rear Left, CH4=Rear Right).
Program & publicity materials
Headshot (JPG/PNG, ≥1500 px long side)
Short bio (~100–150 words, plain text)
Program note (~100–200 words, plain text)
If submitting with video
Add a reference MP4 (H.264) with stereo guide audio.
Keep the 4 mono audio stems sample-accurate and starting at 00:00.
(Optional) Include a silent video file of identical length/format to facilitate assembly.

Format: 4.0 fixed media (no live performers).
We route stems to a standard quad array; avoid bus processing that assumes a different layout.
Leave headroom (–1 dBFS peak recommended).
Works should be concert-ready; additional spatialization will not be added unless requested.

Multiple submissions are welcome (send a separate email per work).
Previously premiered works are welcome; ensure you hold necessary rights.
By submitting, you grant non-exclusive permission to present the work at Electronic Nights and to use your materials for promotion.
Participation/attendance is optional; our team will handle all playback on site at Texas Tech University.
