I am glad to inform you that the subject property will publicly be opened for sale on February 12, 2010. Buyers who have submitted their letter of intent will be informed by the developer to choose their units on February 10 or 11, 2010 according to their priority numbers. There will be one batch in the morning and the other in the afternoon at the developer's office, Cebu Landmaster Inc. Reservation fee is Php30,000.00 which is non-refundable and non-transferable. Attached please find the revised price list which includes the information of transfer charges together with the floor plans thereof for your easy reference. Please take note that selling price of studio type unit does not include a car park. 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom selling prices include a free car park. As for 3-bedroom unit, there will be allocated Two (2) free tandem car parks.
