JUG Meeting This Coming Thursday - 12/18

Hi,

There will be a JUG Meeting this coming Thursday(12/18) from 7PM to 9PM at the Exist Office.
The Exist Office is located on the 8th floor of i2 Building in I.T. Park.

Topics to be discuss:
Creational Patterns:
Builder, Factory Method, Object Pool and Singleton by Allan Ramirez and Jan Stevens Ancajas
JPA(Java Persistence API) by David Yu and John Michael Luy

Starting this month, I would like to propose the discussion of Design Patterns on every meeting. This will not only refresh the minds of the more experienced engineers on the group but will also be a good learning experience for those who haven't encountered and used Design Patterns. Also, I would like to request other people to volunteer on some of the presentations. This is a good ground to practice your presentation skills since there are only a few of us. It would be easy for you to break that shyness when talking to people that you know and to small crowds. Just let me know what you would like to present for our next meeting so that I can accommodate you on the alloted time.

Since there are other people that will be working in our office around 10PM, I would like to request everyone to come on time. :)
