I think we have already informed and discussed these things 

1. New water coolers and Maintenance of Existing water cooler as water is prime important and we made the ICT campus Tanker free. 
   
   
   Hope you can do this also as a priority and time bound manner    
   
   
2. Second,  Ladies and all toilet Washrooms as per our discussion
3. Yet not reported anything regarding maintenance and renovation of all toilets 

Hoping as a maintenance engineer, you May complete it as early as possible by following all purchase processes please 👍

Dear Sir,

As I had pointed out in the FCR meeting, there is a lack of clean drinking water coolers in the Institute.  I would like to request you the following:

1. Sanction Funds for an aqua guard and new water cooler in the main building to be stationed in the south wing of the main building between the VC office and Textiles Dept - 1^st floor 
2. There is already an aqua guard and water cooler next to the placement office.  However, this machine is outside the building in the terrace, as a result it gathers dust, becomes dirty and the water becomes unhygenic and dirty.  I request that this cooler be taken inside the building next to the window.  It also has to be cleaned thoroughly.  The Maintenance agency for this is already approved.  Please approve this and the required funds for the same.
