Dear ICT Students,

As today, 11.59pm is the deadline to apply for the Finlatics Product Management Program, please note:

1. In case you have any upcoming assignment, examination, or personal commitment, you will have the option to pick a project start date that is after its completion to help the project fit in with your schedule.

2. The project runs for 2 months with a time commitment of 3 - 4 hours per week. You will be allowed a break during the project tenure, for any academic or personal commitment. You would also be allowed a Project Extension of an additional month, incase you cannot complete it in two months.

3. Please note that no prerequisites or prior domain knowledge are required to be a part of the project as it comes with training.

Dear ICT Mumbai Students,

We're pleased to open applications for the Finlatics Product Management Program, an online live project that's based in product development, market research, roadmapping, and agile methodologies at the Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai.

The project is running at leading campuses including IIT Bombay, IIT Kanpur, IIT Roorkee, and BITS Pilani among others, and was curated at the prestigious Atal Incubation Centre, supported by the Atal Innovation Mission, NITI Aayog & Government of India.

STRUCTURE of the PM Live Project:

1. Understand the foundations of Product Management & AI-first PM mindset
2. Customer Discovery (JTBD + AI research): Understand customer problems using JTBD through AI to convert data into insights
3. Draft a Product Strategy, Vision & understand how to measure success through North Star Metrics
4. Use RICE and Kano frameworks with AI to decide how to prioritise and roadmap the product development process
5. Write Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), manage sprints, user stories, and backlogs within Agile and Scrum environments and understand how to use AI copilots for enhanced communication
6. Apply Design Thinking with AI tools to enhance user experience (UX) and iterate faster.
7. Make data-driven decisions using analytics, AI Insights and A/B testing using Mixpanel & Google Analytics.
8. Plan and execute product launches with AI-driven Go-to-Market strategies.
9. Understand user metrics for growth, retention, and monetisation with AI-led insights.

Student OUTCOMES:

1. Certificate of Work Experience & Proficiency in Product Management with AI
2. Letter of Recommendation on performance

No prerequisites or prior domain knowledge are required to be a part of the program.

Personalised guidance & mentoring and live sessions with industry practitioners will be provided on the program

Project Duration: 2 months (3–4 hours per week), with a flexible start date option on selected student choice.

Students are eligible for a break or extension during the project if needed for any exams, assignments, or personal reasons.

If selected, the program has a minimal induction fee of Rs. 1999 + GST / 2999 + GST (on student choice)

Fee Waiver: A 20% fee waiver shall be given to all Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai students on the above-mentioned minimal induction fee.
