Steps
1. Press Windowskey+R to open Run Dialog Box
2. Type diskpart and hit Enter
3. Type list volume to see the list of Drives available on your PC
4. Now Suppose You Want to Hide Drive E, then type select volume 2
(selects Drive E for Processing)
5. Then Type remove letter e for hiding it.
6. Once you have performed this step, the drive E will not be shown in
My Computer
7. To show your hidden drive, type select volume 2 (selects Drive E
for Processing)
8. Then Type assign letter e (you can assign any letters, except
letters that are already assigned)
9. Exit. (Your Drive Will appear again)

Note: This test can also be used to rename your system drives but
can't be used to hide/rename the drive containing the Windows files.
