Another cduino release is now available.

There is a new lesson covering use of the watchdog timer in basic
reset-on-timeout mode. The continual-reset bug in the stock arduino
bootloader is discussed and a mitigation strategy suggested (using an
AVRISPmkII instead :).

This is the last lesson from Chris. The next releases will focus on support
for particularly useful and ubiquitous external hardware.
