hello,

the latest entry here is from 2011. Having found an offer for the cduino wifi stack board on aliexpress, but fear that the community is no longer there.
thanks

Well the cduino software from here: http://brittonkerin.com/cduino/
is alive, though the community was never large, pretty much just me
releasing the modules I make for my own purposes.

Why those outfits on aliexpress are calling their stuff Cduino I don't
know, I kind of doubt it has much to do with my software, I think more
likely they just stumbled over my web site and somehow decided to use
the name instead of Arduino

Britton,

Your site is interesting, and your approach to firmware development too. I've switched from Atmel to Texas Instruments in 2013, but I'm going to read and understand your info - and maybe use it someway.
Do you know this site of Chris? I like it very much too.

Best regards,
Yury

Thanks, I hope it may be useful to you somehow. It needs a new release soon
I've got some more modules reverse engineered one-wire slave code etc.

Looks like a similar idea for TI. Arduino is great but IMO the software
side of it makes things harder overall for experienced programmers who need
detailed control but just don't know the hardware yet.

Hello Britton,

many thanks for the quick and concise reply. I see the point, and hope there will be some arduiners flocking to cduino on their way to an industrial quality solution.
From my point of view I'm reluctant digging into interface development, so I will be waiting fo your 1-wire library supporting DS18B20 . Given the Chinese boards which are supporting WiFi may be used, this would give my developments a new push if  a RESTful interface is offered. A secure code upload over the air would be also needed.
good luck
G.
