We are pleased to inform you that the All India Food Processors’ Association (AIFPA) is organizing its 69^th Annual Conference and one-day National Seminar on “Development of Food Processing Industries in the context of various Regulations” on Thursday the 12^th December 2013 at Seminar Hall, India International Centre, Lodi Road, New Delhi-110003

The Hon’ble Minister of State for Agriculture & Food Processing Industries, Sh. Tariq Anwar has kindly consented to inaugurate the Seminar also present various Awards to selected personalities.

Sh. Siraj Hussain, IAS, Secretary in the Ministry of Food Processing Industries will be delivering the Keynote Address. We have also requested Prof. (Dr.) A.K. Srivastava, Director and Vice Chancellor, National Dairy Research Institute, Karnal to deliver the Special Address.

The Inaugural Session will be held from 10.00 to 11.30 a.m., which will be followed by “Dr. A.G. Naik Kurade Memoiral Lecture” by Dr. V. Prakash, Distinguished Scientist of CSIR-India and Former Director, CFTRI, Mysore. The Memorial Lecture on Dr. A.G. Naik Kurade shall be chaired by Sh. S. Dave, Chairman, Codex Alimentarious Commission and Advisor, FSSAI. Thereafter there will be two Technical Sessions where eminent speakers will present papers on different important topics related to the theme of the Seminar.
