Due to Lindy on the Rocks https://www.cmdance.org/cmevents/lotr2025 Turn Sessions Featuring - Hot Club of Olde Town Sept 5th Hi everyone, welcome to Turn Sessions; Live Swing Band Nights at  the Turn!  Hot Club of Olde Town is launching off Turn Sessions in style with a super fun night of live music and dancing!  If you've heard them play then you know you are in for a treat, this band swings! Come one, come all to hear live jazz! The band starts at 8pm, with Lindy Hop lessons beforehand! Tickets will be $15 dollars at the door. $10 beginner lesson ($5 if attending the dance) @ 7pm $10 Intermediate lesson @ 7pm $10 Balboa Lesson @ 7pm Private lessons with Emory Roehrkasse! Emory is available for lessons at the Denver Turnverein on 11am to 5pm Fridays, 12pm to 5pm Saturdays, 11am to 4pm Sundays. Email them to set up a time. Contact Emory at emoryro...@icloud.com for all available dates and times Balboa Balboa-Swing room held downstairs at the Denver Turnverein on Friday nights in conjunction with the Colorado Swing Dance Club Fridays of each month feature a progressive Balboa class series oriented towards different skills of dancers each month.   Intermediate/Advance Balboa Teachers: TBD Schedule 7:00-8:00 pm Specialty Dance Class (sold separate from DJ dance) 8:00-8:30 pm DJed Music, Balboa friendly (anyone is welcome!) 8:30-11:00 pm  DJ Dance upstairs with mixed music for Balboa & Lindy Hop *DJ Dance entry is sold separately from classes.  The $10 entry gives access to dancing both upstairs and downstairs! Membership required All attendees will be required to be members of the Denver Turnverein. 1st time attendees will NOT be required to join but will be allowed one time to “check out” the facility.  Yearly membership rate is $15 The Colorado Swing Dance club thanks you for your continued support!
