Use-cases at other health systems

Hi folks,

Our informatics team at Univ of Wisconsin Health is interested in visualizing a CDS Hooks implementation at a health system.  In particular, if someone has used CDS Connect authoring tool and integrated the CQL through FHIR with CDS Hooks.  We'd really appreciate the time and consideration of anyone that can show us how this looks in their health system...any takers?
