404 Not Found- For deployed application

Hello Everyone,

I am using http://sandbox.cds-hooks.org/

I have configured my cds service: http://qacdshook.aaneelcare.com/cds-services. 

Which is generating UI as below:

The URL parameter is generated as: "url": "http://qasmartapp.aaneelcare.com/launch?iss=https://launch.smarthealthit.org/v/r2/fhir&patientId=smart-1288992&launch=eyJwYXRpZW50Ijoic21hcnQtMTI4ODk5MiJ9"

When I click on the button "Go To 360 View" it's giving 404 Not found.

While the same URL with my local version in working fine: "url": "http://localhost:4200/launch?iss=https://launch.smarthealthit.org/v/r2/fhir&patientId=smart-1288992&launch=eyJwYXRpZW50Ijoic21hcnQtMTI4ODk5MiJ9"

Is http://qasmartapp.aaneelcare.com/launch accessible from your browser?

Yes, It was not working due to I missed to do routing configurations for the production version of angular application. I have done it and now it's working fine.
