I can't install CDR-Stat in debian 8.10

Hi CDR-Stat Team!

I'm a newbie in IT and I'm traying to install the program in Debian 8.10, and I have the following problem

every time I try the command of the Beginner’s Guide, and I don't know how to solve the problem.

Also, I have a GrandStream UCM6510 (based in Asterisk) and y I'm not shure if I can used it with CDR-Stats.
