We hired Hamza's live bollywood band for our reception. They were exceptionally well! We were initially inclined towards hiring someone from India but the cost and logistics were too much to handle so we decided to look for a band based in the US. We weren't expecting the band sound so amazing but we were totally blown away! All of our guests had a great time and that's what mattered to us the most. Totally worth it! Can't thank you guys enough for making our event so memorable. Looking forward to seeing you guys at my friends events because they will totally hire you.
Where do I began... The Best Wedding Band was Phenomenal. They came highly recommended by a family member and oh my goodness they surpassed our wildest dreams. Our guests still ask us about them, extremely professional people to work with. There is no way we could have predicted how amazing the band would sound and Hamza's voice would be. Guests are encouraged to participate and within a few minutes half the group was on the floor, and half was singing. Also, he played some old 70s songs that people requested. My favorite was LAG JA GALE Having Hamza's incredible band on my big day made it even more special.
They truly exceeded all our expectations and had the crowd dancing the whole night. Every song they played was sensational and had everyone singing along. Even guests who were not familiar with some of the songs couldn't resist getting up to dance.Hamza and his band were also very accommodating to our requests, making sure to play all the songs we wanted to hear. They also provided excellent communication leading up to the event, which made planning so easy. Overall, it was an incredible experience working with Hamza and his band. They are not only talented musicians, but also kind and genuine people that really care about making your event special. We highly recommend them and can't wait to work with them again in the future!
I cannot thank Hamza and his band enough for making our event so memorable. These guys were beyond amazing! Extremely professional people to work with. This is by far the best wedding band I've heard in my life and most definitely the best Bollywood band you can find in the entire US. And what's amazing is that they played at OUR event! What a performer Hamza is! Hired him for my mehndi and I couldn't believe my eyes. My guests went wild! We had a DJ as well but the band took care of it all and entertained the guests throughout. Loved their selection. From rock Kabir Singh songs to bhangra songs. Theyre the best!!! Must hire!!!
Hamza possesses an incredible vocal talent! He exudes energy and is an exceptional singer, capable of bringing together the entire audience. He graced us with his performance at my wedding, and it was truly remarkable to have him there. Additionally, he was super generous and treated us to a few additional songs that were specifically dedicated to us! Its a delight to the ears to hear him!The best part about his singing is that he sang all the latest songs along with old school songs too!
Hamza is an amazing singer. He sang at two of our events and all our guests were mesmerized with his voice! He not only sings amazing but can also engage the crowd very well. Hamza also has a very charming personality! Highly recommended!

The band baja of the barats, in its current form, originated from military brass bands from 18th century Britain. Author Katherine Brucher makes the argument in the preface to Brass Bands of the World: Militarism, Colonial Legacies, and Local Music Making that the British military bands of colonial India and the royal Indian procession came together to form brass baraat bands. She brings up the band played for the Earl of Auckland in 1838 by Maharaja Ranjit Singh. In the chaotic setting of a battlefield, the bandsmen and their large musical instruments initially served as the only way of leading an army.But throughout time, as a representation of their grandeur, these marching bands changed into musical processions for monarchs and other aristocracy.Ultimately, they evolved into the musical group they are today, performing Bollywood hits at weddings and other joyous occasions.Today, even if only for a short while, their military-inspired costumes, drums, and trumpets are a staple of most Indian weddings.
