Requirement Details

Role	Qualification	Skill Set
Team Member Voice (Outbound Domestic Collections) •Regular follow up for the payments •Managing relationship with customers •Achieving targets as provided by supervisors	Any Graduate with 0-8  months of experience BE/ B Tech/ Post Graduates are NOT eligible for applying	Ø Should be able to speak/ read/ write Kannada Ø Good communication skills in English Ø Self driven, motivated and adaptable Ø Should have completed 15 years of regular education Ø Should not have backlogs in graduation Ø Comfortable working in 24*7 environment Ø Should not have attended any TCS interview in last 6 months

Selection Procedure:

• Written aptitude test
• HR Interview
• Operations/ Technical Interview
• Management Review
