国内各自由/开源社区：
开源/自由社区是一种分布式开发软件的社会组织形式，具有先进的开发机制，分
布在全球自由/开源软件的志愿开发者已有200多万人，这就是Linux和开源软件创
新力旺盛并快速成长的原因。
近年来国内自由/开源社区发展很快，经初步统计，国内自由/开源社区至今已剧增
至220多个（还有许多没有统计在内）。为了更好发挥社区作用，与国际接轨，多
出人才、多出成果，多作贡献，我们需要在自愿的基础上组织起来。我们大家有很
多共性的问题：如社区的资源、成果以及活动方式、活动经验等可以互相进行交
流、共享；对有待于解决的一些问题，如如何与国际接轨，与国际上的同质社区如
何联系、协同工作；对有的社区，有关人员凝聚、人才培训、技术合作、专业指
导、业务协同、活动经费和政策支持等，可能需要与有关方面进行协调以获解决。
为此，中国开源软件推进联盟愿意牵个头，协助大家争取解决一些问题，以促进各
社区正常活动。如果大家对此有兴趣和共识，在完全自愿的基础上，请下载附件填

Happy New Year!Yes,we are all in rest.We have not hang out last year.Because of there is few FOSS group meeting in this city(like as ChinaUnix and Chengdu OpenSolaris User Group).I get used to join the seminar from CD OpenSolaris UG for months.In facto,we also talk about Linux out there.I hope more people will join FOSS here.
