自问自答吧
thunder的插件Extractattachment，和我的thunderbird版本不兼容，没法用

没有找到其他相关的thunderbird plugin，但是可以选中邮件保持为.eml，这样就可以写脚本处理了，附件都base64编码过，所以只需要提取出来解码就好了
