Invitation to participate in survey on CDL practices in US-based academic libraries

Dear Library Colleagues,
My name is Caitlin Mannion, and I am currently a graduate student at King's College London, where I am completing a MA dissertation investigating CDL practices at US-based Academic Libraries. As part of my research, I'd like to understand how librarians at college & university libraries in the United States are implementing CDL (or choosing not to). To this end, you are invited to complete a survey on attitudes & practices around CDL at your library. This survey is entirely anonymous, but if you are willing to be contacted for a followup interview there is an option to share your contact information.
Whether your library is, or is not, currently engaged with CDL, your feedback would be immensely helpful to me in my research. For your convenience, you can review the survey questionnaire and informed consent agreement. The survey is currently open and accepting your responses at https://kings.onlinesurveys.ac.uk/cdl-practices - if you choose to participate, this survey will be open through May 15th, 2022.
