ALMA D Digitization Department set-up woes

Hi,

We need help setting up the Digitization Department in ALMA's sandbox. We had the process running smoothly (as smooth as ALMA can be) and took copious amounts of notes on how to set it up; BUT after a sandbox wipe when we tried to set it up again - we fail at getting the request to route to the digitization department, it is stuck at our main circulation desk which also doesn't let us turn on digitization...

We have a ticket in with Ex Libris but they haven't responded in over 2 weeks.  Does anyone have time to zoom and walk us through steps so we can take more notes and figure out what obvious thing we have missed.
