Announcing the Digital Lenders Forum

Dear colleagues,

At the conclusion of Boston Library Consortium's Digital Lending Summit last week, we announced the launch of the Digital Lenders Forum, a conversation series about shaping the future of digital lending in libraries. Beginning in 2026, the Digital Lenders Forum will bring together library innovators and practitioners to spark practical solutions and visionary ideas that will drive actionable change across the digital lending ecosystem. 

The forum will touch on various types of digital lending: from controlled digital lending to e-book interlibrary to lending media across libraries. More details about the forum, including upcoming speakers, will be announced in the new year. In the meantime, sign up for the Digital Lenders Forum mailing list to receive updates and take part in the conversation.
