Agenda:
· Lightning talk: Hear from two of our community members about investments in CDL development.
· Clusters of Concern.
These issues have been raised as challenges in previous forum meetings:
- consulting with legal counsel;
- choosing collections/content/scope of service;
- managing the scanning, processing workflows, and file storage; and
- controlling the digital lending through technology and best practices.
We will use breakout groups to share our experiences, identify challenges, and discuss our ideas for CDL in these areas. This collaborative forum will give us opportunities to learn from each other and help us
build our community of expertise.
