Dear colleagues,
BLC is pleased to announce the launch of our Digital Lending Toolkit, a comprehensive resource designed to support libraries and consortia in navigating the evolving landscape of digital resource sharing. The creation of this toolkit was generously funded through a National Leadership Grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services (LG-254935-OLS-23) and the Davis Educational Foundation.
Of particular interest to this group is a section of the toolkit dedicated to existing implementations of CDL in a variety of contexts (general circulation, course reserves, interlibrary loan). The toolkit also highlights the work of the NISO IS-CDL Working Group, despite NISO’s decision not to publish the recommended practice for CDL.
Explore the Digital Lending Toolkit at dlt.blc.org.
If you have any questions about the toolkit contents or suggestions for additional resources to be included, please contact Marc Hoffeditz, Resource Sharing Program Manager, at mhoff...@blc.org.
Best,
Marc
