DLSG (who makes KIC scanners) was distributing booklets at ACRL saying CDL is illegal! So of course I needed to scan it to share with all of you 🙃

(I wasn't at ACRL, so I'm not sure if their reps were pushing these or what. It just found its way to me. Looks like they're trying to sell their "HotLinks," "Digital Fence" and "Personal Digital Mind Palace" products, which sound... convoluted? Dare I say: like Severance for library users?)
