Citation du Jour / Quote of the Day

[Jean-Jacques Auffret]

The lightweight dove, when flying freely, cutting through the air and feeling its resistance,  could very well figure that it would do much better in a space devoid of air.

Immanuel Kant (1724-1804)

The "Quote of the Day" is one of JJA's personal projects. It consists in sending a quote of his choice every working day to whoever might be interested through a free subscription list (send an email to cdj-qod+...@googlegroups.com to subscribe, to cdj-qod+u...@googlegroups.com to unsubscribe or to jjau...@gmail.com if automatic enrollment frightens you). Quotes in italic are a best-effort translation. If you like a quote, make the community grow by sharing it with others, that's what they are made for.
