Storing secrets

Hello again,

First of all, let me thank you very much for your help with my stupid oversight on the config path earlier. Special kudos to Darko Poljak.

This is a bit more advanced topic, I reckon.

I was reading through the best practices section, which mentions secrets amongs the examples for non-cdist files.

This made me wonder, what is the best way to store and use passwords, and such with cdist?

Is there an "official" way or is it something for me to come up with a solution for?
