CDI-Unit moves to new group ID: `io.github.cdi-unit`.
Target release: 4.3.0
Steps:
- package names migrate from `org.jglue.cdiunit.*` to `io.github.cdiunit.*`
- group ID migrates from `org.jglue.cdi-unit` to `io.github.cdi-unit`
- artifact IDs remain without changes
