Lest my students think I make up this Code of Ethics violations stuff, here is a true example taken from a listserve of communication disorders graduate programs:

“We recently had a student commit a violation of the Code of Ethics.  While serving on a diagnostic team, the graduate clinician in question wanted to fabricate data for a report.  Her teammates reported the incident to the supervisor.  The teammates refused to engage in the inappropriate behavior.”

Good for her teammates and I certainly hope a severe reprimand went to the student as well as some consequence.
