TSSLD student teaching requirements checklist

Hi All:
If you are pursuing NYS TSSLD certification, you need to have some (there is no minimum) direct contact (not observation) with each of the age/grade groups on the attached student teaching requirements checklist. This can be accomplished via in-house clients, externship, evaluation, screening, etc. Be sure to review the checklist and when we plan your clinical experiences, let me know if you are missing any age/grade group. Also, when I send emails to announce screenings, be sure to reply if you need that age group.
