CDF how to use?

I have downloaded CDF but am unable to use it. I do not know how to
configure it and start creating dashboards.

Does anyone know where I could find documentation in order to use CDF?

There's documentation inside pentaho solution (bi-developers/CDF) and we
built a tutorial that's available in www.webdetails.pt

that was quick. Will I also be needed to "create jsps" and write codes or does CDF provide a more GUI interface to build dashboards without the need to look at codes?

No JSP.

You need to write html, javascript and css. A editor is on it's way but
currently not available
