Dear Surendra Sir,
As you might have heard from Dulala Sir, I am in Stuttgart for my Master's Course. I wanted to contact you while in Nepal but could not because of limited time that I had after my visa was issued.
Further, I was hoping that if you could help me establish contact with anybody in Stuttgart, you have good terms with.
