The final decision lies with Dr. K.M. Gupta. When he will put his sign on certificates. Lets see, tomorrow, I can give you more information. I am trying my level best to discharge my responsibilities by Monday-14th May.

 We are trying to finish it by 25th May ( after grade submission as Pandey sir is busy now). It may happen that 3rd year members will get their certificates in the starting of next sem, but we are trying to get it done by the end of this sem. Please have patience.
