fellowship application -- student orgs

Hi all,

I have a quick question for Catherine or past fellows:  I have devoted a great deal of time to leadership of student organizations and serving as a student representative to various college initiatives.  I consider these experiences having imparted me with some of my most valuable interpersonal skills, and I'd like to include them in my application; however, I'm not really sure where they fit.  Should I include these activities under volunteer experiences?  Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
