NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS

 

Hocking Athens Perry Community Action on behalf of the Perry County Commissioners is seeking price quote proposals for the Villages of Crooksville & Roseville, Neighborhood Facility Improvements project. Proposals will be due to the address below no later than August 19, 2015 at 4:00pm.  Price Proposal Packets including: plans, specifications and forms may be secured by contacting Shiloh Casto, CDBG Clerk at the Community Development office of Hocking Athens Perry Community Action, 3 Cardaras Dr., Glouster, OH 45732, (740)-767-4500, for a non-refundable fee of $10.00.  Request for Price Proposal Packets including: plans, specifications, and forms may also be downloaded from www.hapcap.org at no charge.

 

Each proposal must be given in full faith and if awarded the selected offeror shall obtain a contract/ performance bond for the full amount of the proposed project cost and cover the totality of the project’s scope of work, which shall be submitted to Hocking Athens Perry Community Action.

 

Proposals must be marked as Villages of Crooksville & Roseville, Neighborhood Facility Improvements and mailed, e-mailed, faxed, or delivered to:

Attention of offeror is called to all of the requirements contained in this proposal packet, particularly to the Federal Davis-Bacon Wages, various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions, and the requirement for a contract/ performance bond for 100% of the contract price.
