  ADDENDUM #1

 

This addendum supplements and amends the specifications and shall become part of the contract documents.  The contractor shall acknowledge receipt of this addendum on the Bid Form and incorporate the information herein con­tained in the preparation of his/her proposal.

 

1.         The Davis Bacon wage rates OH20150002 were changed on 05/13/16 this supersedes wage rate determination OH20150002 dated 04/22/16.  Please use attached wage rates attached to this addendum.

           

 

All other terms and conditions remain the same.
