Addendum 1 Village of Somerset Street Improvements (Stone Bench Installation)

This addendum supplements and amends the specifications and shall become part of the contract documents.  The contractor shall acknowledge receipt of this addendum on the Price Quote Proposal Form and incorporate the information herein contained in the preparation of his/her proposal.

Attached is the Price Quote Proposal Packet for the Village of Somerset Street Improvements, which consists of constructing stone benches. Please note there is no bond required with your proposal, however upon contract award a bond is required.

 

Also attached is Addendum 1 (design clarification), which must be acknowledged with the price quote proposal. Section F of the attached packet should be completed and provided to us at your earliest convenience. We will accept hard copy, email, or fax price quote proposals.
