This addendum supplements and amends the specifications and shall become part of the contract documents.  The contractor shall acknowledge receipt of this addendum on the Bid Form and incorporate the information herein con­tained in the preparation of his/her proposal. Specifications, bid forms, and Addendum 1 are available at no charge for viewing and download at www.hapcap.org/cdbgbidprojects.
