Slack Message on Pipeline Failure

Hi everyone,

I have configured a pipeline alert (attached) to send to a slack channel via webhook upon failure but am not receiving messages. I've tested this with CURL and everything looks good. Any ideas why this might not be working?

Does it not work with https?

I would recommend checking if pipeline logs has any cues.
